Boylon GmbH sells Its Temperature Sensor Parts Business to AXOLIA

Effective July 1, 2026, Boylon GmbH has sold its temperature sensor parts business to AXOLIA.

This transaction is intended to ensure the long-term supply and continued development of this business area. Maintaining continuity and reliability for existing customers and suppliers is a key element of the transition.

All existing customers will continue to be supplied reliably and under the same conditions as before. Existing business relationships and continuity of supply remain a central priority following the transfer.

To ensure a smooth transition, Dr. Marius Gartner, Managing Director of Boylon GmbH, will remain available by telephone for customers and suppliers for a period of one year, should his support, experience, or knowledge be required in connection with existing business relationships.
